U.S. Gain has opened two compressed natural gas (CNG) stations in Indianapolis and Des Moines, Iowa, announced the CNG division of U.S. Venture.

The company opened the Indianapolis station in partnership with Delco Foods, a Midwest-based distributor of Italian and specialty food items. The public-access, fast-fill GAIN Clean Fuel station is located just inside the I-465 loop at 8775 Zionsville Road, near Delco’s distribution center.

The Des Moines GAIN Clean Fuel station, located at 1205 N.E. Broadway Ave. in Des Moines, will fuel the CNG truck fleet of Ruan Transportation, a supply chain services provider. Ruan currently has 85 CNG tractors in the Midwest, with plans to expand to additional units, according to the company.

Design of the Des Moines station was completed by CESO, Inc. On-site construction and management was provided by CESO’s sister company, DDC, LLC.
