Trillium CNG, a business unit of Integrys Energy Group Inc., has signed a lease with The Radiant Group LLC to build a compressed natural gas station at Radiant' s GasKwick, 2605 N. 50th St., Tampa, Fla.

Another Trillium CNG station in Tampa is under construction at Dillon Transport, 4614 S. 50thSt. which is expected to open in November.

The CNG station at GasKwick will have two dispensers and will fuel vehicles at a rate of 8 to 10 gallons per minute. Its proximity to the Port of Tampa, Interstate 4 and the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway will support CNG fueling for heavy-duty trucking in the area and will be open to the general public 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Construction of the new CNG station is expected to begin early in 2014 with completion targeted for the second quarter of 2014.
