BarnesCare, a division of BJC Corporate Health Services, developed the new DOT Medical Compliance program for small businesses.

DOT regulations require that drivers have periodic physicals and that a certain portion of a company’s regulated workforce undergoes random substance screening. This new program reminds employers when it’s time for their regulated drivers to renew their physicals, selects drivers to complete random screenings, and informs employers if they are in danger of falling out of compliance. It provides the DOT-regulated employer with everything they need to remain in medical compliance -- whether it’s policy development, assistance with understanding and implementing DOT guidelines, or other issues.
Since 1947, BarnesCare has been the premier local provider of quality occupational health services to St. Louis area companies.
