Shell and Travel Centers of America opened their first two liquefied natural gas fueling lanes in the U.S. in Ontario, California. This station is the first of the Shell and TA agreement to sell LNG to heavy-duty road transport customers in the U.S. at TA and Petro fueling centers.

Shell and TravelCenters of America announced Monday they finalized an agreement to develop a U.S. nationwide network of liquefied natural gas (LNG) fueling centers for heavy-duty fleet customers and plan to have the first station operational in about a year.

Bison Transport, one of Canada's largest trucking companies, has signed an agreement with Shell Canada Products to run 15 liquefied natural gas tractors in Alberta. Bison's five-year fuels supply agreement marks the first step in launching Shell's LNG refueling infrastructure in the province.
