CARB Issues Electric & Hybrid Reefer Regulatory Guidance

California’s Air Resources Board has released a four-page document explaining the requirements for using electric standby and hybrid electric systems as an option for complying with the state’s transportation refrigeration unit, or reefer, regulations.
