Fleet Complete has launched an Hours of Service mobile app ahead of the new electronic logging device regulations which take effect in December 2017.

The HOS app joins Fleet Complete’s suite of software solutions offering a platform for fleet tracking, mobile resource tracking, mobile worker dispatching, asset tracking and fleet compliance. The new HOS app has an clean design, available drive time by monitoring engine hours, vehicle movement, distance driven and location information. It also allows users to choose current HOS rules and perform vehicle inspections.

The app has Bluetooth connectivity and the ability to display timely violation warnings, send emails to designated manager, share data and store logs for six months. The app is designed to meet the upcoming 2017 hours of service regulations and Fleet Complete says it will update the app as required to reflect changes to any U.S. or Canadian regulations.
