NASHVILLE -- Rush Truck Centers, a multi-nameplate network of dealers with 110 service locations across the country, said it will integrate its RushCare communications management system with the Decisiv service platform, which will improve service, reduce waiting times and sharpen billing accuracy for its truck- and bus-operator and leasing customers.

An application programming interface, or API, will allow the Decisiv and Rush systems to interact and quickly and effectively share data, said Brian Mulshine, Rush’s director of operations technology and innovation.

“This will facilitate communication and real-time status updates for fleets using the Decisiv platform, keeping them up to the minute on the status of servife work being performed at any of our locations across the country,” he said.

“Partnerships like this enable our fleet customers to track, manage and measure service events for all their asset brands across the U.S.,” said Dick Hyatt, Decisiv’s CEO.

Rush sells and services Peterbilt, International, Hino, Isuzu, Ford, Mitsubishi Fuso, Kalmar, Blue Bird, IC, Elkhart and Collins trucks and buses. Decisiv provides service-relationship management products for transportation and other industries.
