TMW Systems has introduced a cloud-based electronic document exchange and transaction platform called TMW Cashlink, which is available for transportation businesses that utilize TMWSuite software.

TMW Cashlink provides access to more than 70 leading energy and petroleum customers, including those served by major payment hubs such as Actian, Cortex, and Oildex Open Invoice that accept electronic purchase orders, delivery tickets, field tickets and invoices.

By implementing electronic document exchange and processing, TMW said transportation businesses can reduce days of sales outstanding, cut back-office labor requirements and reduce errors commonly associated with manual rekeying of information.

The solution manages an array of administrative activities, including customer onboarding and offers robust audit features, transaction monitoring, exception reporting, and automated reprocessing when required.

Since it is a cloud-based platform, TMW Cashlink requires no additional hardware, maintenance, monitoring, custom mapping, or specialized B2B and network configurations that might be required with on-premise solutions.

“B2B integration and electronic document exchange not only help compress the order-to-cash cycle and eliminate labor-intensive manual processes, but they are increasingly becoming a prerequisite for doing business with leading energy and petroleum operators,” said David Wangler, president of TMW Systems. “TMW Cashlink is a convenient, stress-free way for transportation businesses to connect with leading companies in one of our economy’s most dynamic industries.”
