Transportation and supply chain solutions company A. Duie Pyle has opened a new transportation service center in Newburgh, N.Y., the company announced.

Located about 60 miles north of New York City, the 19,000-square-foot facility will serve customers in the Hudson Valley, including in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties. The Newburgh Service Center incorporates the company’s mobile tracking system and dock management technology to offer real-time communication and tracking.

Less-than-truckload customers in the region will be offered improved morning delivery and flexible pickup capabilities as a result of Pyle’s bolstered Northeast infrastructure.

The service center is located off Interstate 84 and 87 and is situated on a 6.88-acre campus with trailer parking. The facility includes updated office space, a maintenance shop and 40 dock doors for loading and unloading.

The site also offers 12,000-gallon on-site fuel storage and dispensing, a perimeter fencing and security system, snow removal, and energy-efficient interior and exterior LED lighting.

A. Duie Pyle provides transportation and logistics to the Northeast with extended less-than-truckload service coverage into the Southeast, Midwest, Canada and the Caribbean. For more information, click here.
