A date for next year’s Fleet Technology Expo has been set, with the event set to take place from Oct. 17-19, 2016 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center in Schaumburg, Ill.

Hosted by Heavy Duty Trucking, Automotive Fleet and Green Fleet magazines, the Fleet Technology Expo is an event for all fleet types that are looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies. The most recent FTX featured educational sessions covering topics like telematics, alternative fuels, equipment and strategies for streamlining fleet operations.

The event was broken down into separate tracks focusing on specific topics like green fleets, fleet analytics and heavy duty. Featuring interesting keynote speakers, educational sessions, panel discussions, a ride and drive event, awards and an exhibition hall, the Fleet Technology Expo is sure to have something for every fleet.

The Ride & Drive event offered fleet managers an opportunity spend time behind the wheel of vehicles displaying the latest technologies and efficiencies. In past years, vehicles from Ford, Honda, Hino, Mercedes-Benz and Zenith Electric allowed attendees get first-hand experience with all of the unique technologies and powertrains.
