In 2004, Bendix entered a joint venture with Dana Commercial Vehicles Products to form Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake. The jv designs and manufactures OE brake system hardware.

“Every Bendix employee shares in this achievement,” said Joe McAleese, president and CEO of Bendix. “Reaching this mark for the first time in Bendix’s 85-year history illustrates the talent, the depth and the commitment of our entire workforce.”
