South Carolina-based expedited trucking company Nations Express has opened a new truckload division.

The all owner-operator fleet, started the division on a small scale in the summer of 2013, but now is taking the operation to a much larger scale.

This has led the company to look for drivers in the Southeast, mid-Atlantic and Midwest states. It is offering a guaranteed rate of $1.10 per mile, dispatched and loaded, plus the national fuel surcharge rate and up to 85 cents per dispatched mile empty and the national fuel surcharge.
