Melton Truck Lines, an air-ride flatbed motor carrier, will soon officially break ground on new corporate offices that will accommodate the company’s planned growth of several hundred new jobs over the next eight years.   This facility will include workplace amenities such as an expanded wellness area including a large gym and medical clinic, on-site healthy food-service, and environmentally-friendly construction.
  The building project will take 14 months to complete and create work for over 150 professional contractors and subcontractors.    The 77,000 square-foot, three story office building will be located on a 12.5 acre land parcel immediately north of the existing corporate office. 
 In an effort to blend with the immediate community, the facility will be finished with glass, natural stone and metal accents. Further amenities include a walking trail with exercise stations, giving the grounds a park-like appearance.
