TTS Announces Merger with Walsh Transportation Group

TTS announced its the merger with Walsh Transportation Group recently.

Walsh Transportation Group is a third party transportation and logistics provider with an asset-based trucking division, Atlantic Distribution Services.

Walsh Transportation Group is one of the largest intermodal marketing companies in the United States with access to over 200,000 pieces of intermodal equipment across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

TTS’ technology solutions and supply chain software will enhance Walsh Transportation Group’s ability to manage their clients’ transportation and logistics business with an easy-to-use Web-based interface that allows for order management, carrier selection, reporting and analysis, and full EDI capabilities.

For the past seven years, TTS pursued an aggressive expansion policy.
