I-64 Closure Planned in St. Louis
If the weather cooperates, the Missouri Department of Transportation plans to close all lanes of Interstate 64 in St. Louis between Kings Highway and Forest Park Parkway Friday, Jan. 25 at 8 p.m. until 3 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28
If the weather cooperates, the Missouri Department of Transportation plans to close all lanes of Interstate 64 in St. Louis between Kings Highway and Forest Park Parkway Friday, Jan. 25 at 8 p.m. until 3 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28.
While the interstate is closed, crews will remove two bridges that carry traffic above the interstate.
Commercial drivers are encouraged to use I-44 if possible.
A second alternate, I-70, is also home to a large work zone at the Missouri River between St. Louis and St. Charles. Drivers who choose to use I-70 are urged to loop around the Blanchette Bridge work zone by using I-270 to Missouri 370 to I-70 and vice versa.
