Dee Kapur, president of Navistar Truck, will deliver the keynote presentation at the upcoming Commercial Vehicle Innovation Summit in Washington D.C., Sept. 26 to 28.


The theme for the summit will be "The quest for greater fuel efficiency in medium and heavy-duty trucks." The topic will focus on the technologies and strategies currently being implemented by major truck OEMs, engine manufacturers, and parts suppliers as they strive to meet the USA's first ever national fuel efficiency and GHG standards, which are due to come into force in 2014.
