The National Private Truck Council will hold its 2011 Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition April 17-19 at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Last year, some 890 private fleet professionals converged on Cincinnati for the NPTC 2010 conference. They participated in numerous educational sessions, award recognition programs, the largest exhibit hall in NPTC history, and numerous programming and networking opportunities.

This year's event will include the Benchmarking Summit, lead by industry segment fleet member captains, which looks to improve the NPTC Annual Benchmarking Survey by doing a 'deep-dive' into the operationally specific characteristics that would be pertinent to NPTC Fleet members.

Guest speakers include: Tom Nartker, vice president, transportation for Safeway Inc., Dan Baker, a consultant to the trucking industry, and John Hill, former administrator of the FMCSA.
