The newly renovated 1977 900A Kenworth that won the Castrol Tection Big Honkin' Truck Makeover contest at the Mid-America Trucking Show in March, will be unveiled at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22.
The truck won a $50,000 interior, exterior and communications makeover customized by "the Boyz" of the Chrome Shop Mafia. It will be on display in Booth #4025.
In addition to being the first to view the rig, Donald Wolford Jr. (the truck's owner) and representatives from both Castrol and the Chrome Shop Mafia will be on hand to speak to consumers and media.
