Barr-Nunn Transportation, Granger, Iowa has raised pay for its owner-operators.
Effective Aug. 18, Barr-Nunn's owner-operators will have the ability to earn more per mile, up to a base pay rate of $1.01 per practical mile depending on what fleet they drive in.
"We are committed to our owner operators and their success here at Barr-Nunn. We will continue to find ways for them to earn more money. We value our business partners and this is just another way we prove it" said Director of Recruiting Jeff Blank.
This pay cap change comes shortly after two other pay increases, the last being a 5 cents per mile raise for those running in Barr-Nunn's Northeast Regional Division.
