The educational sessions will help attendees develop strategies and techniques for preventing the claims issues that affect them most. All new this year will be sessions on third-party logistics operations, small parcel/package liability and claim processing, and OS&D prevention at key touch points in the transportation pipeline.
The annual meeting will also include interactive small group discussions and Q&A sessions on specific techniques for identifying workable prevention solutions and implementing an effective preventative program.
Attendees will receive 21 Certified Claims Professional Accreditation Council (CCPAC) credits for attending the LPC 2007 Annual Meeting. Individuals attending the special half-day NMFTA Classification seminar Wednesday afternoon led by Don Newell will receive an additional 3 CCPAC credits.
