Twenty-nine major supplier companies have signed on to exhibit at the industry’s first Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week product and technology show.

The January 2006 show will be part of a week-long event combining several aftermarket meetings and exhibits at a single site.
HDAW is scheduled for Jan. 23-27 at the Mirage in Las Vegas and will kick off following the annual Heavy Duty Dialogue on Monday, Jan. 23. Some 2,000 heavy duty distributors, truck fleet/heavy duty specialists and manufacturer personnel are expected to attend the week’s events.
The product and technology show will be open three days from noon until 6 p.m., starting Tuesday, Jan. 24. It will complement aftermarket technical and business education sessions, individual association meetings, one-on-one meetings and social and networking functions. Those events will take place outside the show hours.
Companies committed to the show’s growing list of exhibitors include: Affinia Group; ArvinMeritor; Bendix CVS; Carlisle Motion Control; Cole Hersee; Cyclo Industries; Dana; Dayco Products; Dayton Parts; Federal-Mogul; GOJO Industries; Grote Industries; Gunite; Haldex; Hendrickson International; The Holland Group; Karmak; MGM Brakes; National Seating; The Penray Cos.; Peterson Lighting; Phillips Industries; Remy Heavy Duty Systems; R.L. Polk & Co.; SKF (CR); Stemco; The Timken Co.; Truck-Lite, and Webb Wheel Products.
In addition, Truck Pride and VIPAR Heavy Duty Parts have added their names to the list of HDAW’s development and planning affiliates. That list now includes nearly every aftermarket trade association and marketing group in the heavy truck industry.
