Knight Appoints Munro to Board

Knight Transportation Inc., Phoenix, Ariz. has appointed Kathryn Munro to its board of directors.

Munro is a principal in BridgeWest LLC, a private equity investment company, and a director on the boards of Pinnacle West Capital Corp. and Capital Bancorp.
Her appointment follows the resignation of board member Matt Salmon. Munro will complete the remainder of Salmon's term which ends in 2006.
