More I-95 Lane Closings Next Week

The Virginia Department of Transportation will have lane closures in place at the following locations next week, March 14 – 18.

Stafford County
I - 95 South
Monday, 10 pm- 5:00 am two lanes will be closed to traffic on southbound I-95 at Exit 133 (Rt. 17/Falmouth). The ramp to southbound I-95 from Rt.17 north will be closed; motorists should use alternate route. Crews will be repairing the deck on the I-95 bridge over Rt. 17.
Monday – Wednesday, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., one lane will be closed on southbound I-95 at mile marker 135 just south of Exit 140 (Rt. 630/Stafford). This lane closure is in connection with the construction of the Rt. 627 Interchange Project. Two travel lanes will be open at all times on the interstate; however, motorists may experience brief delays.
Spotsylvania County
Route 3 West
Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., one lane will be closed on eastbound Rt. 3 from Rt. 20 to Ukrops for shoulder repairs.
VDOT will use electronic message boards to alert motorists of the lane closure.
