U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. announced it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to offer up to 4,600,000 shares of the Company's Class A common stock.
Some 2,000,000 shares will be offered by the company and 2,000,000 shares will be offered by the selling stockholders, which include Patrick E. Quinn and Max L. Fuller, the company's co-chairmen.
