The Truckload Academy of the Truckload Carriers Assn. will hold the third and final of its audio conferences on Navigational Tools for Working with owner-operators.

This session will cover insurance and indemnification challenges, including commercial auto liability (personal injury and property damage), charge-backs, required disclosures and administrative fees and markups.
The speaker will be Greg Feary, partner, Scopelitis, Garvin, Light and Hanson, Indianapolis, Ind. Feary is a specialist in insurance law and workers' compensation law.
According to the TCA release, fleet CEO's, CFO's, operations, human resources and safety executives should attend.
The session will be held Thursday Nov. 18 from noon to 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
