Truckload carrier Marten Transport announced it will open a new terminal in Indianapolis, Ind., and add more than 11,000 square feet to its corporate headquarters in Mondovi, Wis.

“These facility additions provide a foundation for our continued fleet growth as we work to continually improve our driver support services and the quality of service we give our customers. We will house our Operations, Maintenance, Recruiting and Orientation here and will support our growth in the regional transportation arena,” said Robert Smith, Chief Operating Officer. “We are very excited to bring both facilities on line within the next three months.”
At the same time, Marten announced it has paid $361,500 to drivers in the form of a $500 quarterly productivity bonus in the third quarter alone.
