Federal Highway Administrator Mary Peters Monday dedicated the Interstate 70 and Interstate 75 interchange as the Freedom Veterans Crossroads.
Administrator Peters was joined by Ohio Department of Transportation Director Gordon Proctor, Brigadier General Richard Green, Ohio Assistant Adjutant General for Air and ODOT District 7 Deputy Director Bill Harrison.
“The dedication of the interchange as the Freedom Veterans Crossroads will serve as an enduring symbol honoring our soldiers that have fought and given their lives so we can remain free and protected from terrorism,” said Proctor.
