on Wednesday and Thursday this week at The New York Palace at 455 Madison Ave. in New York City.

A panel of transportation executives will provide insight into how sustainable 2004's strong freight trends are in 2005. The panel will discuss issues such as pricing, capacity, capital spending and marketing plans in a potentially decelerating environment in 2005.
Another panel, featuring intermodal industry leaders and executives, will discuss the outlook for intermodal. The panel will address the sustainability of intermodal's growth as well as the outlook for rail service in 2005. Other discussion topics will include pricing and competition from the underlying rail carriers plus thoughts on whether the rail infrastructure can be enhanced to prevent future service issues as industry growth continues.
