If you're traveling I-65 through Davidson County, Tenn., this weekend, be prepared for delays or look for an alternate route.
Between mile marker 89, Dickerson Pike, and mile marker 92, Old Hickory Boulevard, I-65 will be down to one lane in both directions on Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22, due to the demolition of the Chadwell Bridge.
Alternate routes are recommended: Northbound drivers can exit at Trinity Lane, exit 87, and follow Dickerson Pike (US-41/31W) to Old Hickory Boulevard
(SR-45) to I-65. Southbound drivers can exit at Two Mile Pike, exit 96, and follow Gallatin Road (US-31E) or Dickerson Pike to Briley Parkway to I-65.
