Transport America Opens California Terminal

Minnesota-based Transport Corporation of America announced the opening of its new facility in Fontana, Calif.

Transport America, with more than 2,000 power units and 5,000 trailers, is in the process of hiring company drivers and owner-operators in the Fontana area and all western states. The terminal will open April 1.
"Transport America is committed to strengthening our national presence and
creating jobs through these expansions," said David Carter, vice president of risk management and recruiting for Transport America. "We are very excited about the new Fontana facility and look forward to a very productive year."
