Clarke Inc. has purchased Focus Carriers LLC, Memphis, Tenn.; Kenley Trucking Inc., Atlanta, Ga.; and Creative Logistics, Ripon, Calif. It has also agreed to buy Brandywine Consolidators Inc. of Philadelphia.
That sale is scheduled to close Feb. 10.
Clarke, based in Toronto, is one of Canada’s leading providers of freight transportation and logistics services for North America. Its divisions include Clarke Transport, Clarke Road Transport, Clarke Logistics and Clarke Contract Services. These acquisitions will be managed by Clarke Logistics.
