The National Assn. of Small Trucking Companies is hosting a "fuel crisis forum" this Friday, May 12, at the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville, TN.

The three-hour event, part of NASTC's spring seminar, will bring together representatives from industry and government to discuss the effect of high fuel prices and possible solutions.
Among the groups to be represented are the American Trucking Assns., the Truckload Carriers Assn., the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Assn. and state trucking groups. U.S. Senators Fred Thompson and Bill Frist from Tennessee, and Representatives Bob Clement and Bart Gordon, have committed to attend or have staff members attending the forum on their behalf.
