Yellow Freight System is set to open a second location in Richfield, OH, adding 120 jobs.
Yellow currently employs 850 drivers, dock workers, mechanics and other workers out of its 142-door terminal located just north of the Ohio Turnpike. The company has signed a long-term lease on a freight terminal formerly operated by Preston Trucking Co., which closed its doors in July 1999. Yellow plans to use the terminal as a transfer point for inbound local freight from around the region.
