Volvo Rolls Out I-Shift, Mack Launches Vision, for Mexican Market

GUADALAJARA, MEXICO -- Volvo Trucks North America officially introduced its I-Shift automated manual transmissions for the Mexican market and rolled out a truck model from sister company Mack to address the Mexican on-highway market.

Court Upholds Mexico Pilot Program

UPDATED- A federal appeals court upheld the Obama administration’s pilot program for long-distance trucking across the U.S.-Mexico border. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit denied petitions by the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association and the Teamsters union to declare the program illegal.
