Liftgate maker Waltco announced the resignation of Bill Kreutinger, vice president of engineering, who has taken a position with another company in the industry.

“I enjoyed my time at Waltco and have enjoyed being a part of the company’s
resurgence. However, this opportunity provides me an opportunity to both stay in the industry and spend considerably more time with my family.” said Kreutinger.

The company is not searching for a replacement at this time.

In addition, Waltco announced changes designed to help it develop its supply base. Dave Sandor, previously operations manager, is now sourcing manager and will focus exclusively on sourcing activities and will assume sourcing activities for all Hiab Tail Lift divisional business units. Don Scott, Waltco general manager, will assume responsibilities for all Tail Lift Operations and will add operations manager to his title.

Waltco Lift Corp., based in Tallmadge, Ohio, has manufacturing operations in
Tallmadge; and warehouses in City of Industry, Calif. and Toronto, Ontario.
