Texas-based Globe Energy Services, LLC announced the acquisition of Paul Musselwhite Trucking Co. and its affiliated entities.
Paul Musselwhite is a fluid services company, and the combined companies now have more than 700 fluid service trucks, approximately 2,500 tanks and 28 saltwater disposal facilities. Musselwhite will not be operating under the name of Globe Energy Services.
Richard Ellis, Paul Mausselwhite's CEO, will be joining the leadership team at Globe Energy Services.
