Anderson Trucking Service Inc. of St. Cloud, Minn., announced its aquisition of the assets of Waylon Transport Ltd. of Devon, Alberta.
Waylon was founded in 1982 as an intra-provincial carrier in the province of Alberta. Its proximity to roadways, railroad yards and the Edmonton International Airport provides easy access for loading and unloading both imports and exports.
Currently, Waylon operates 22 trucks and 40 open trailers along with an extensive freight brokerage.
