Kevin Beaty is joining Calstart as a vice president and director of its high-efficiency truck program.

Beaty will lead Calstart's High-Efficiency Truck Users Forum (HTUF, previously known as the Hybrid Truck Users Forum) and will be on hand at the group's yearly national meeting Sept. 18-20 in Charlotte, N.C.

Registration for the event is open onsite, and the agenda and other details are online at www.htuf2012.org.
