Texaco Refining and Marketing and Star Enterprise have entered into an agreement with Comdata Corp. for a variety of trucking company and truckstop services, including transaction processing and a co-branded Comchek/Texaco fuel card.
Comdata will issue a new fuel card featuring its Comchek brand alongside the Texaco brand. Comdata will also administer Texaco and Star Enterprise’s Starplus fuel program and the 3-Penny rebate program, which allows owner-operators to qualify for month-end rebates if they purchase more than 2,000 gallons of fuel on the Comchek/Texaco fuel card at Texaco stops.
The agreement, which goes into effect April 1, 1998, replaces the agreement between Texaco and NTS.
