Truck Lube USA, La Crosse, Wis., has finalized its acquisition of Lubezone sites it acquired last November.
Truck Lube USA now has six locations in Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Georgia. Each location can service at least 50 trucks a day.
New services resulting from the acquisition include expanded hours of operation (a .m.-9 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday), new payment methods (Comchek, T-Chek and major credit cards) and a new service warranty.
The company plans to expand, with the construction of five new centers planned for this year. The first new sites will be built in Cartersville, Ga., and Baytown, Texas.
