Arrow Truck Sales, Kansas City, MO, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
Arrow was founded in 1950 by Jerome Nerman and the late Melvin Spitcaufsky as a small used truck lot in downtown Kansas City. Today, Arrow operates 20 branches throughout the United States and Canada, and will open more in the near future.
In November 1998, Volvo Trucks North America acquired 50% of Arrow Truck Sales, helping with continued growth and allowing Volvo dealers access to Arrow's used truck expertise.
Arrow will host a special open house at its newly remodeled and expanded corporate facility in Kansas City on April 28 to celebrate the 50th anniversary.
