Now owner-operators of up to three trucks can tap into a new, affordable, Internet-based load-matching service from DAT Services.

The site, http://www.datinternet.com, provides freight-matching services for $29.95 per month. The new service, which went online yesterday, will be free to registered customers through October 31.
"Given the economic pressures today placed on smaller carriers and truck drivers to better plan their trips, it makes sense to offer an affordable pre-planning tool that helps truckers line up fresh loads long before their trucks are empty," says DAT Services Director of Marketing Ross Summers.
Used in tandem with the DAT Load Monitor Network, Summers says DATinternet will deliver truckers the most flexible load-planning system in the industry today. As their business grows, owner/operators and small carriers can change to DAT's full-service freight-matching products delivered by PC, satellite, fax or phone.
DATinternet features the nation's largest freight-matching database; transportation jobs; credit services; e-mail; driver forums; weather; chat; and links to other transportation information services available through http://www.dat.com, the DAT Services web site.
