C.R. England has added a new feature to its Salt Lake City driver center: the "members only" Crown Room, built to recognize drivers with five or more years of service and master-level driver trainers.

The Old English-style lounge features a television and entertainment area, telecommunication ports, computer access and free refreshments. The furnishings include cushy leather armchairs and cherry wood end tables.
"We pride ourselves with setting a standard in the industry," England CEO Daniel England told the Deseret News. "The Crown Room is simply raising the stakes. We think it will be a great tool in helping us attract quality drivers."
England said the company is now the largest refrigerated carrier in the country, employing more than 4,000 people.
In addition to the new Crown Room, England's driver center also has a game room, barber shop, credit union, theater, exercise facilities, library, restaurant and a full-time doctor.
