2015 F-150 Rated Lowest Lifecycle Carbon Footprint

The 2015 Ford F-150 has been rated to have the lowest impact on the environment, lowest cost of ownership, and the top-rated production chain in terms of social justice among full-size pickup trucks, according to an automotive research firm.

Nissan Details 2016 Titan's Cummins Turbo Diesel

Nissan is offering a 5.0-liter Cummins turbo diesel with its 2016 Titan pickup for the first time that will give work truck buyers greater capability for towing and payload, Nissan has announced.

Ram Makes New ‘Best-in-Class’ Claims for HD Pickups

Cummins Turbo Diesel now produces 5 more pound-feet than Ford's PowerStroke diesel, Ram Truck proclaims.

Ram Truck has hopped ahead of competitors with new torque and payload ratings for its 2015-model Heavy Duty pickups, and continues the highest mpg claim in light-duty pickups with its V-6 EcoDiesel, according to the division’s top executive.

GM to Use 8-Speed Hydra-Matic in Some 1500-Series Pickups

The Hydra-Matic 8L90 eight-speed is approximately the same size and weight as the 6L80 six-speed automatic, an announcement said, but has a wider 7.0 overall gear ratio spread.
