Pilot Flying J will be donating 10% of its proceeds from the sale of coffee and hot beverages on Veterans Day to the Fisher House Foundation.

All hot beverages purchased at any Pilot Travel Center or Flying J Travel Plaza on Nov. 11, will count toward the donation.

“It’s a privilege to be able to give back to the men and women who have served our country,” said Jim Haslam, founder and chairman of Pilot Flying J. “As an Army veteran myself, I understand and appreciate the sacrifices these heroes have made.”

The Fisher House Foundation operates a network of comfort homes where military and veteran’s families can stay at no cost when a family member or loved one is receiving medical care. The homes are located at major military and Veteran’s Affairs medical centers nationwide.

“Everyone at Pilot Flying J thanks our veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice, and we are honored to celebrate Veteran’s Day by pledging this donation,” said Haslam.
