Pilot Flying J opened a Pilot Travel Center in Chillicothe, Ohio, along U.S. Route 50, the company announced. The truckstop is located at 1111 East Main, near the intersection of Route 50 and Route 23.

“We’re thrilled that our new travel center will serve professional drivers traveling along U.S. Highways, 23, 35 and 50 in Ohio,” said Jimmy Haslam, CEO of Pilot Flying J.

The Pilot Travel Center includes seven diesel and 10 gasoline lanes with high-speed pumps for quicker refueling. There are 66 parking spaces for trucks, five showers and driver’s lounge. There are several options for food and coffee, as well as a store for quick shopping.

The travel center will add 75 local jobs and is expected to contribute $3.1 million annually in state and local tax revenues, says Pilot.
