The owner of a Pennsylvania trucking company pleaded guilty to federal logbook fraud Friday, and also has admitted to selling tainted milk

Dean Landis, the owner of D.A. Landis Trucking in East Hempfield Township, faces up to five years in prison after admitting to keeping fake logbooks between 2007 and 2009 to cover up excessive hours behind the wheel. His sentencing is in July.
In addition, reports The Star-Ledger, he sold milk to a New Jersey cheese company that had been found to have a level of antibiotics too high for human consumption.
Landis told his drivers to not let any rejected loads get dumped, saying that he had "a better way of disposing them that I can make a little profit on," according to court documents.
