Three lanes of southbound Interstate 15 in Las Vegas could be closed for days after a fiery fuel tanker truck crash.

The truck crashed, overturned and burst into flames just before 4 a.m. Wednesday between the Lake Mead Boulevard exit ramp and the Owens Avenue overpass, reports the Las Vegas Sun. The driver escaped unharmed.

About 200 feet of the three inside lanes are damaged by the heat from the explosion. If it's damaged badly enough that crews must mill off and replace the pavement, those lanes could be closed for a few days.
