Daylight Transport, Long Beach, Calif., has improved its service to and from the Pacific Northwest regions of Oregon and Washington.

By adding direct routes to Oregon and Washington and by using two-person sleeper teams, Daylight Transport's everyday expedited transit times to these states will be two to three days faster than those offered by competitors, according to the less-than-truckload company.
Three new employees have been hired to handle the expanded territory. Jorge Bailey, Karen Greenwood, and Gary Paetz have been appointed as account executives to the Pacific Northwestern region sales team.
