High Road Acquisition Corp., Jackson, Miss., announced yesterday that the subsequent offering period for its offer for KLLM Transport stock at $8.05 per share has been extended until 5 p.m., eastern time on Tuesday, July 18, at the same price.
The original offer was set to expire at 12 midnight, eastern time, on Tuesday. If this deal goes through, shares owned by High Road will total approximately 83% of the outstanding shares of KLLM common stock.
